This is our weekly self defense program. It is currently taught every Wednesday at 8:30pm in the Hallandale Beach area.  The program includes various defensive themes that are rotated every 4-6 weeks. The curriculum combines concepts from the Israeli combative systems, a Russian martial art called Systema and Japanese Samurai arts. We study the fundamentals of the various systems and explore the realm of practical application.

This program is about self defense for the real world and incorporates elements of psychology, physiology, physics and strategy. After enrolling in the program, students very quickly enhance their overall awareness, defensive capabilities and their ability to make decisions under stress. We highly recommended it to those interested in their personal safety and that of their loved ones.
